Things to avoid when buying a home!

Don't go on a spending spree .......

$8000.00 TAX CREDIT !!!!

New $ 8000.00 Tax Credit is for first time home buyers or someone who as not owned a home for three years.

You will not have to pay the credit back if you stay in your home over 3 years. If you sale your home before three years the full $8000.00 will come out of your proceeds at closing.

The credit is available from January 1,2009 to Nov 30,2009

Your income Needs to be $75,000.00 or below . If a couple $150,000.00 or below.
