With over 20 years of real estate sales experience in the Longview area, I understand the complexities of the real estate market. Whether it is helping a buyer purchase the home of their dreams or helping a seller close the sale of their home, I find it wonderfully rewarding to be a part of my clients’ happiness. When all is said and done, I believe it's about honesty and integrity. By putting my client's interests first, I am able to build a trusting friendship rather than focusing on simply ‘making a sale’. I have learned that if you truly care about your clients and take care of them, the rest will follow and your success is inevitable. In addition to being a Texas real estate broker, I hold the most respected real estate designations: CRS (Certified Residential Specialist), ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CLHMS (Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist) and NAR e-Pro. My property expertise ranges from residential homes in all price ranges to country estates, land and acreages. Please contact me at (903) 235-2932 or jerwinhomes@gmail.com. |
